My passions: People. Inclusion. Organizational culture. Personal fulfillment.

Having lived and worked in Hungary, Switzerland, Italy, and briefly in Japan, I bring a global perspective and thrive in inclusive environments where Finance is closely connected to the business and acts as a true partner in decision-making.

Over the course of my career, I developed a strong passion for people and organizational culture. Alongside my corporate role, I trained as a Leadership Coach and integrate this perspective into my work by supporting leaders in strengthening collaboration and engagement.

I currently serve as a board member of the Gender Parity Network Switzerland, actively contributing to inclusive leadership and organizational culture. I am also serving on the board of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Zürich/Zug Chapter.

I particularly thrive in roles where Finance is fully embedded in the business - contributing not only to performance but also to collaboration - guided by my curiosity and a continuous drive to learn and grow beyond my comfort zone.

I obtained my Executive Coaching Certificate from IMD Business School, in Lausanne, Switzerland. I am currently pursuing my ACC coaching accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Driven by curiosity and love of learning, I have often found myself back in school. I hold a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Pécs, Hungary, and an Executive MBA from the University of Rochester, US, and the University of Bern, Switzerland.

I am Judit, a Finance leader and Leadership Coach who brings together business performance and people in international, multicultural organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience across global companies such as Takeda, Ecolab, Baxter International, and General Motors, I have built strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

My Philosophy

My coaching approach

I see coaching as helping clients navigate the storm and find clarity within.

In today's complex world, it is easy to become overwhelmed by expectations, responsibilities, and competing priorities. Coaching offers a space to step back, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.

As your coach, I will:

  • Listen deeply and without judgment

  • Create a safe and trusting environment

  • Ask thought-provoking questions

  • Challenge limiting assumptions

  • Support reflection and learning

  • Encourage accountability and action

I help you discover your own answers and build confidence in your ability to navigate future challenges independently.

Let's begin the conversation.

If you are navigating change, stepping into greater leadership responsibility, or seeking to create a stronger impact through people-centered leadership, I would welcome a conversation.
